My role is not to impose prefabricated solutions, but to help people see more clearly what is happening in the system they are part of. This may involve questions of governance, policy, authority, accountability, responsibility, communication, conflict, or organizational structure. In some cases, the work can be responsive, helping a group navigate a current difficulty. In others, it may be developmental, working with a group build the clarity and capacity needed to face greater complexity before a crisis forces the issue.
